My family and I had lunch at the Royal Forest restaurant, and we were highly impressed with the exceptional customer service and great value for the delicious food. A special thank you to our server, Oliver, whose customer service skills were outstanding. He was polite, friendly, and went above and beyond for all customers. Oliver's hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed, as he was helpful to all tables with a friendly smile and conversation. I used to avoid this place like the plague a few years back but visited again recently with low expectations. In fact the food and service were so so so much better and we both really enjoyed our meals. The best part was how incredibly reasonable the cocktails were and they had such an interesting variety of choice. Service was also swift and friendly. My only slight ick was that when we went to collect our cutlery from the cutlery tray it was a bit grubby with quite a lot of debris in the bottom which wasn’t particularly appealing.
