Best Sunday Roast for miles! Went on a whim to try a Sunday Roast, phoned before hand as we have two large breed dogs to make sure they could accommodate us and they were so lovely. We were sat in their ‘Post Office’ room for more privacy with our dogs, the menu was lovely, a few different dishes from your big standard same old pub menu. I had the sautéed mushrooms with artichoke hearts and truffle oil to start, absolutely divine. My partner has the smoked haddock fishcake which was equally as good. The Sunday roast at this restaurant was phenomenal. After a late dinner on Saturday, we enjoyed it so much that we decided to book a table for the Sunday roast. My in-laws, partner, 5-year-old, and I all agreed that the food was incredible. The roast was especially delicious. The staff were also fantastic - friendly and welcoming. I can't recall the last time I had such a memorable dining experience.

We were staying at the Old Mill B&B so were able to walk here for dinner. The service was very friendly, the food was delicious, especially the Dorset apple cake dessert.

Stopped by on my way to Plymouth with some mates, and we all ordered the burger which was tasty. The staff made us feel very welcome. Definitely worth a visit!

Beautiful food and friendly staff. Stopped off my a Sunday lunch and it was spot on! Would recommend it!
