The Seasoned Brisket Catering

The brisket was special, flavorful and smokey. The sides were great including the corn bread which had a honey glaze. The sauces were excellent and home made. I always support local business and it's great to find a place with local products andgood tasty beef brisket which passes the finger droop test.

Food is good, but way over priced for the food you get. Family owned, portions are very small. Especially when it comes to sides. If you got deep pockets, enjoy. But a family of 4 will spend a week's worth of grocery shopping money in one sitting. Ican only afford to eat here once to twice a year.

Ives tried brisket all over the country and even frequently smoke my own. This was hands down one of the best briskets I?ve ever had. Mac and Cheese was very flavorful and a little peppery which I like. Coleslaw rounded out the meal. Wish I didn?t live1,000 miles away.

The name says it all: well seasoned meat and some darn good seasoned French fries! Very self-service in that I think the kids working FOH are too young to technically be servers, but they were very helpful and for good that good I'd probably also washthe dishes ????

Small family owned business! So polite and very welcoming! Was my first time there and I will be back. The food was absolutely amazing!
