On Tuesday for the steak. Of course could not get a coffee because the machine was broken. Asked for tea didn’t want to give tea because the coffee machine was broken. Asked for steak well done and it was still pink. The chips looked they had been cooked 4 times and yet they were still not hot. The porterhouse steak had more gristle through than meat. When we spoke to one of the managers about the chips there was no interest. Response was I will pass that on. If this is the way the service is I would probably suggest people try another restaurant. From tonight’s performance I would not recommend it.

They had a quiz night at the restaurant when we visited this place. So we were shown into the beer garden to enjoy the night with the kids. The staff weren't keen on helping us to set up the tables and chairs, but we managed to do it by ourselves. The food took a while to arrive, and when it arrived, it wasn't the best. The passageway leading up to the beer garden smelled like pee. We had better pub meals elsewhere. We enjoyed the company we had but wouldn't bother going back.

On the Anzac day they met by allowing us to book a table half an hour before the opening (11.30 a.m. table, but they opened at 12 a.m.), but otherwise, the food was nice, the service was fast and pleasant despite the crowd that arrived, and I was happy to see that there were some games we could play in the stand touchscreen TV! Overall a wonderful experience and I wouldn't mind going back!

Simply brilliant behind the bar. Jess Remembered my drink order. And great service at the table by Paige. A great night out at the Harry Potter Quiz night.
