Since Rino Vetrone and his family have taken over The Stout Monk, they have changed its ambiance, food, drinks selection and turned this place into a sporty bar, classy lounge. No doubt, its on its way to being an absolute success! Did I mention that I have decided when not on tour to play here twice a month. Yes the rumor is true. Cheers Anthony Tullo

Nice pub. My boyfriend and I have been here a couple times, always satisfied with the food. Ordered the salmon salad which was great. My favourite day is Tuesday because all their appetizers are 6$!! Have tried the jalapeno poppers, spinach dip, mushroom ravioli, lamb sliders, quesadilla... all very good.

Great food, great service and very consistent. Nachos, wings and burgers are top tier as far as pubs go. Place is well rub and the head chef is very great. Monthly specials keep the menu fresh and let you know you're getting real food here and not pre cooked heated up trash. Great oakvle pub

The Stout Monk. Name itself was enough to drag me to this place. Slightly bigger waiting time was only concern otherwise food was great. Ambience was great. Vegetarian options available. Thanks. <br/ <br/ Happy Eating.

Probably the coolest place to grab a drink in Oakville, hands down. <br/ <br/ Well decorated.<br/ Food is flavourful as ______. <br/ Service is genuine and timely. <br/ <br/ Highly recommended.
