The Study Supper Club

Well, it took 15 mins to get out drinks. I ordered a paloma. Instead I got a cosmopolitan. 10 mins later our food comes?I had ordered their $45 steak. Both of the dishes we ordered came with soup and salad. We didn?t get the soup/salad. Server comes toask if we got our soup/salad, we tell her no. She proceeds to say the kitchen messed up. She goes to get our soup/salad. Wedrink our drinks and eat the food. We are all almost done, when a woman comes over to our table stating she is the owner. Sheapologizes for the soup/salad mix up in the kitchen; ?the kitchen likes to get trashed at closing? so orders get mixed up. Wetell her it?s ok but we want our check. This is a fantastic little supper club. After a day of hiking we were tired and hungry. They do not take reservations but on a Thursday night we walked right in and were greeted by the owner at the bar. The place is quaint, cozy and makes you feel rightat home. The service was excellent. Our smiling, friendly waitress informed us of the specials. We started with the homemadetomato soup, which was fantastic. My husband ordered blackened mahi-mahi and I ordered the Ahi tuna. Both meals were preparedjust right and came out piping hot. Next time I?m there I?ll order a steak?they looked fantastic! Absolutely loved this place! I ordered the filet mignon with the sauce and it was delish! I got the corn as a side and it had a great Mexican twist. Our whole table ordered martinis and we all loved them especially the blue cheese olives! The smotheredchicken was also a huge hit! The only thing I would change would be to serve a leafy green for the salad instead of iceberg. Theambiance was amazing and the service was great! Best restaurant in the area!

The atmosphere was just amazing! Cozy and romantic! Their stuffed shrimp was so delicious! Succulent! I had their chowder soup and it was to die for! Then the Prime Rib. I've never had beef that melts in your mouth. Absolutely delicious! For drinks, I hadthe Study Mule and it was excellent! I definitely recommend this place!

Great food, great atmosphere, our waitress was friendly and a perfect mix of attentive while not being smothering. I had the prime rib, which was cooked to perfection. Will definitely be back.
