The sweet house is not really a socket, it is best described as an ice shop. And the ice is incredible. The owners know how to make ice cream and what you see in the cases is simply incredible. Your chocolate is not your typical chocolate, it is imported and is extremely creamy and rich. The vanilla is characterized by fresh cream vanilla and it is a very light and charming ice cream. This last time I had the strawberry (made with obviously fresh strawberries) and mint chocolate chip. I wanted to limit myself to one stroke, but I couldn't help myself. It is amazing if you find a place where they completely change your thinking about food or a service. I can only say they pampered me with their ice cream for life. I had never tried to salt caramel (a mint chocolate chip girl) and I was blown away from him! It is rich (but not too rich), smooth, creamy and especially so fresh. I also tried lavender, vanilla, mint chocolate chip and chocolate. They're all very tasty. The shop itself is super sweet and picturesque. They are always greeted with a smile and jealousy to help. I'm just going to the Sweet House for ice cream in Dallas.

The BEST homemade ice cream of the sweetest family. My children are very impatient when it comes to waiting for their ice cream, but I don't blame them. LOL A must visit Dessert Store when in Rowlett. You won't regret it.

Alcohol infused homemade ice cream! I’m sold and so is my puppy with his non alcohol Doggo cone! The owner is so lovely and kind. Deff bring the family and pups for nice outdoor seating. Will be back again real soon.

This is a nice local homemade ice cream shop. They also have some baked goods and a wide selection of candy and special soda. It's a fun place for a family trip or a date. I recommend it.
