The Tally Ho Inn - Reservar uma mesa

We chose the Tally Ho Inn for a night in the countryside on our way to Lincoln. We found the room very comfortable, the hosts delightful and our dinner wonderful. The owner is also the chef of the restaurant. He claims to be just a cook but is certainly a good one. I had the pork belly with mashed potatoes and leeks. Delicious. One note--the current owners are retiring in the fall and the inn has been sold. We were told that the new owners are long time guests of the inn so hopefully they will continue to maintain the same high standards.

What a gem! My husband and I popped in on the off chance on our way back from a Landrover show in Peterborough, we had booked a hotel near the show but it was horrific so we decided to drive home to Lincoln. The Tally Ho certainly made up for it, friendly staff and superb food all very reasonably priced. Thank you Tally Ho for saving our evening. We will be back!

Lovely meal yet again. Mother in law and husband had the gin and tonic battered fish and chips and I had the spinach and ricotta cannelloni ... all delicious and served hot which I like. Owners make you feel welcomed and even shared their sticky pudding recipe for me to try at home.

Lovely hotel with very helpful and friendly owners. We had a lovely stay for one night in June 2019. The room was very nice and was ready early. The food was extremely good and we ate lunch, dinner and breakfast there.

Good food but made to feel very uneasy by the unfriendly waitresses, not a pleasant experience ....,............,,.,,
