The Tea Terrace - Reservar uma mesa

I made a reservation a couple of weeks ago and received a confirmation email, as well as a reminder two days before my scheduled visit. However, when my friend and I arrived yesterday, the restaurant was closed. A woman in a nearby shop informed us that they had been clearing out the place for a few days. Another customer with a reservation also showed up. I have contacted the restaurant group about this issue but have not received a response yet. To make matters worse, I received an email today asking for feedback on my nonexistent visit. I hope no one else has plans to dine there soon. This level of customer service is simply unacceptable.

First visit to the Tea Terrace in Cobham for a Christmas with Santa breakfast. A lot of effort put in to the experience! Food was nice although would have been great to have ordered off a menu with a wider selection. Service good too and entertainment was great for the little ones with the elves, the grinch and Santa and Mrs Claus (Who had a great voice! . Thank you for a special Christmas event.

The restaurant was the perfect location for my daughter's birthday lunch. The venue was beautiful, the food was delicious, and we even had a princess to entertain the kids. The staff were attentive and everything flowed smoothly. It was a really nice afternoon. Thank you so much!

We had a lot of fun at this restaurant, and it exceeded our expectations for afternoon tea and entertainment. Father Christmas, the elves, and the Grinch all spent a lot of time interacting with each table.

We had a wonderful time at TheTea Terrace in Woking. Great food and very friendly, helpful staff. My grandchildren loved it and can't wait to visit again
