love this pub! we've been going to the tree for a few years. the personal is beautiful, the eating is great! service is excellent! love the fact that there is a sling frame with a slide in the garden that the children are busy. a wonderful walk around box hill and stop to lunch @thetree! it is cozy, dog-friendly and the toilets are always clean.

beautiful afternoon cream tea in the tree yesterday. so cozy and welcoming. I would recommend a stop here if their headline to box hill or in the opposite

Our first post lockdown pub, solely due to road trip demands. Really welcoming and had it set up sensibly. Decent food. Top notch service.
