they enjoy an impromptu mid-week birthday dinner here yesterday. beautiful location near the castle and the river medway. very extensive menu for selection. eat very well, staff are friendly and very efficient. recommend the generous seafood cellar as a Mains course and if you offer the cointreau chocolate orange cheesecake as a dessert option, go for it. a very tasty ****. well made cook

I found this little one by chance. the staff there were fantastic, friendly, helpful, smiling and good service. they also made such a fuss of my dog and brought him tasty and a bowl of water into the garden. in any case back. the garden was beautiful, the inner looked very welcoming and our lunch was good to boot! well done!

thanks to many for our high-time meal on Saturday, 25 March. the food was nice and the service excellent as always. all our guests were impressed by the location and the ambiente des pubs. Many thanks to the chef and the waitress who made the whole experience so pleasant. mr. mrs. reeves.

Stopped in for a quick cider whilst out walking my dog. Bar staff were so nice and chatty. Have eaten here many many times and the service just gets better and better.
