The Twisted Olive - Reservar uma mesa

The Twisted Olive was recommended by my son. We sat out in the back section which was quiet even though most of the tables were occupied. We had a delicious meal The shared kebab meat platter for 2. We had to work hard to...finish the food! The meat was succulent, the accompanying greek salad, pita bread, home made chips and sauces all worked well together. The 2 waitresses were lovely, happy to talk and then let us be as we enjoyed our food. So much so, that we have booked a table for tomorrow night!

Ahhh, the smell! That's what hits you first, the mouth watering aroma of meats being grilled on open coals. The luscious aroma of puffy pita bread being gently toasted on the hot plate. The beautiful but no-nonsense Greek women running the floor (and probably the...business itself if I were to hazard a guess), worked at break neck speed delivering the most mouth watering souvlaki. Yamas!

the older waitress was asked to speed up our meal times as we had several meal times. we totally ignored and flopped together on the table. then clearly began table before we were finished and it was only 8.30 no offer of dessert and said to...lat for coffee. even began to fold tables next to us. what a pity it was such an icy and ugly culinary experience when eating was actually ok.

I got takeaway souvlaki pita because it was busy and it was tasty tender lamb in fluffy pita for the same price as standard yeeros at most places. The chips were just as soggy as elsewhere but they were well spiced.

Sunday 29/11/20 we have lunch for a family attack eating very nice the service was very good very great atmosphere very nice music would highly recommend
