It was great to see this place busy, after the effects of Covid on the hospitality industry. Staff were friendly, approachable and attentive. A good selection of ales, lagers, ciders and other alcoholic beverages, along with non-alcoholic options including tea, coffee and hot chocolate is on offer along with a varied pub menu which includes curry, steak and burgers as well as lighter options, bar snacks and sandwiches. Would definitely revisit and is a good place to meet for a first date and parties are also accommodated. Well done to the team at The Watchman.

great pub! excellent selection of beer on hahn and apfelwein. the food is delicious! beautiful selection on the menu. reasonable prices. they can order drinks and eat from an app and they will bring it to their table whether they are inside or outside. great location. directly near a bus stop. friendly and attentive staff. sitting places in the open, of which there is a section for smoking and a section for smoking. clean bathroom with stands that are not tiny like some of the other pubs where I was.

that were good spoons. the personal is cleverly dressed. keen to keep customers happy. all the tables immaculate and no müll. Eating was really good this time as it can touch and sometimes go. friend had the steak and it was really good.

the decor is more at an airport pub or a 3-star hotel, but it works well and feels spacious and glamorous. the drinks prices are also amazing for spoons. 99p for a greene king ipa. very recommended best pub in new malden.

we love to go here to a morning breakfast and lunch occasionally. it is a spacious pub that doesn't smell like a pub. eating is very expensive and good. one of the better early pieces in new paintings.
