The Western - Reservar uma mesa

I had come here a few times before and had a good time. However, I booked a table inside online for myself and five friends to watch the England game. I turned up at 6pm and got some drinks. I then asked where my table was that I had pre booked and I was told there is an error with the system and the table I’ve booked is actually outside and and also if I wanted food I needed to have ordered by 6:30. It was about zero degrees outside so obviously not viable to stay outside for 3 hours. Why did nobody email or call me to tell me about the error? I won’t be the only person this has impacted. Really disappointed by this as I would have expected someone to contact me rather than just let me turn...

Kitchen was closed during the World Cup final bar staff (3 of them confirmed we were ok to bring in food from outside. When doing so, the owner decided to come over and have a go at us saying we should not be doing this (although 3 of his staff confirmed it was ok! . Would never re visit and tried this place for the first time other better sports pubs

Booked a table however they claimed to not have our booking despite me having email confirmation. I then receive an email to say I’ve been ‘checked in’. Staff were not very helpful and told us they weren’t serving food.

Lovely environment to watch international rugby on big screen. Really well laid out garden area with pods with individual TV when weather permits. Food was delicious from friendly staff. We will be back again!

Drove over 1 hour. Was then told kitchen is closed due to work going on.
