The White Hart Inn

We were very hungry and couldn't find any open restaurants nearby, so we decided to drive to this place. There weren't many people inside, and the menu selection was limited. I ordered the fish cakes and my husband had the chili, both of which were delicious. We were grateful that this place was open for us to eat at. If you enjoy local pubs, you will like this one. It has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere and everyone is very friendly here in Wales. We are really enjoying our time here.

Myself and four friends had a lovely meal here last Thursday evening the 13th October 2022. The food was very nice and the beers and wines good too. I was drinking Guinness and I must say that it's one of the best pints of Guinness that I'd had in a long time. Service was good and the landlady was very helpful with questions about the various dishes etc. We had a very enjoyable evening and will definitely be calling again.

There are more negatives than positives at this restaurant! There is no WiFi and no seating outside, which does not create a welcoming atmosphere. The staff seem to only know what to say without understanding the reasons behind certain decisions. The restaurant operates too strictly with too many rules, making it feel like a military operation rather than a relaxed environment.

We ended up visiting two nights in a row. Great food, enjoyed by all of our family. The service was incredible, all the staff were really friendly and they even found mushy peas (not on the menu) for my very strange fussy husband. Look forward...

Food was gorgeous and staff super friendly and welcoming, very knowledgeable about the area as well. The building was full of interesting items and a beautiful inglenook.
