The White Horse Inn

I needed somewhere to stay for 2 nights B B, this was close to where I needed to be, at the last minute I had to extend my stay, booked online for the extra night, no problem. Reception made sure I kept my room so I didn't have to move. My room was a decent size, with all amenities I needed including a desk for my computer, the bathroom shower area were large too, clean modern. My breakfasts were cooked for me (as apposed to buffet) tasted fresh, nothing was too much trouble the staff were all very helpful friendly. I ate in the restaurant on 2 nights and ate well, good portions fresh cooked food.

Stayed on Monday night for the first time whilst away on business in Diss and i was very pleased i chose this place. Room was lovely with everything i needed, i liked i could park my car right outside. The room was lovely and clean and i had a comfortable nights sleep. All the staff i came into contact with were excellent and very friendly. I ate in the restaurant for evening meal and breakfast, both were outstanding good portions, quality ingredients and good freshly cooked portions. I will definately be booking again for my December visit to the area !

I would like to express how brilliant the staff at the White Horse were on Friday 20th October during the storm and its aftermath. Although I was unable to get accommodation due to road closure the staff went over and above looking after everyone who was there allowing people to stay with their cars in the car park. Providing food and drinks. You were brilliant. Thank you so much.

We recently visited for a late lunch. What a revelation! Excellent food, service and surroundings. All at a surprisingly reasonable price. We shall be back.

Lovely food and presentation, very attentive staff and a lovely clean setting. Thoroughly recommend it, if you’re passing by !!
