"I was feeling very sick so we ordered hot and sour soup for pickup, food was very tasty/delicious. We also got chilli chicken, fried rice and few other dishes....best food I had in a very long time. The service was quick and friendly staff. Highly recommend This place to anyone."

I went with my family and ordered the platter for 3. Service was very slow and distracted. right in front of me they messed up someone else's order on another table. after i got my bill there were extra charges on it which if i hadnt looked at the bill wouldnt have known about it. they said 3 pops on the menu but charge for ice tea which they dont tell you and charge for substitution which again they dont tell you. Plus customer service is very poor from both staff and manager that i spoke with. they treat you like they doing you a favour by letting you eat in their restaurant. Very poor attitude. Have been do better Hakka places for sure. Food is very mediocre as well.
We have been taking out from this place over the last few months and always had good experience with the food. That being said we stick to the simple dishes and haven't tried out a wide variety of stuff. But whatever we have tried has always been delicious. The portions are good and tastes like we expect it to be. We generally order masala chicken noodles, chili chicken, Manchurian chicken and/or chicken fried rice. The taste is similar to Indian style hakka noodles like you get in Scarborough and we love it.
So twice I ordered Skip the Dishes from this place and twice I did not get the food. So I am thinking there has to be an issue and maybe they should know about it. The first time I got yelled at It 's not my job call Skip . Well I am not an idiot and I already contacted them, got a refund. When it happened again I already was afraid to call and again I was yelled at and hung up on. DO NOT ORDER SKIP THE DISHES from this restaurant!!! I don 't know what 's up but it 's worth investigating.
Ordered from skip the dishes. Food is not very good. Pad thai was all clumped together. 99.5%noodles and a couple pieces of brocolli. Manchurian corn looked like canned baby corn. The flavor was good. Chili paneer was good but only a few pieces. Hot and sour soup was no good. Like 2.5/5
