Stop by to get a smooth classic.... As soon as the girl hands me my drink the lid comes off and my drink goes all over my lap and my new car..... All I get was an, I 'm sorry .... Didn 't even offer to remake my drink or anything. I 'm not the happiest of customer. So your reply said to email you, so I did.... And no response. Figures.

We waited a long time inside only to finally be told that they would not take our order inside and that we should order online or wait in the drive through. So we waited, and waited, in the drive through lane. Sodas were fine but driving down the street to a gas station would have been just as fine and saved a good half hour, at least.

I’ve always come here because everything is amazing and everyone is so nice! I got a gift card from my work and the number was faded off and they couldn’t get the card number and they helped us out with everything! I think “axel” was the managers name? Either way Thirst is the best!

First time to thirst as we aren't from Utah. Great selection of sodas. Or pops as we call them back home in Canada. The real winner though are the pretzels and beignets. I'm sure we will meet again next time we are in Utah.

Been waiting in line for a good 20 mins trying to pick up a door dash order. They need to hire more employees this is ridiculous.
