Thomas has prepared an excellent menu for the 1 year of our daughter. He was able to be available and reactive at any time. Had the pleasure of meeting Thomas in Morzine during a school trip. He single-handedly managed 24 teenagers in a kitchen twice a day every day for two weeks straight. Excellent organisation and communication throughout. Very high food quality and fantastic flexibility when needed. Highly respect and recommend. Merci Thomas !

Great meal! We discovered the chief on the occasion of a marriage. We ate very well, the products are local and of quality. The chief is good and very friendly. Heartburn for chocolate melting.
