Thorne's Farm Shop Cafe

I WOULD RATHER BE LEAVING A GREAT REVIEW BUT THEY NEED TO LOOK AT THE HYGIENE AND CLEAN UP.. Let’s start by saying I’ve been here a few times and the food is VERY GOOD every visit BUT today the food was great ……sadly the cafe area was filthy with dirty tables,dead flys,wasps and lord only knows what else all over the tables,floors and window sills as well as cobwebs in the corners and to top it all off a lovely hair on my plate amongst my breakfast!when it finally arrived about 20 minutes after ordering it…..it looks like the staff really just do not seem to be cleaning up after tables are used or any of the obvious areas…it’s a real shame because this is a nice place usually

Thanks very much for our lovely lunch. We visited this time with our 18 month old Grandson. He had a children's lunch and we had Moroccan soup and a nan and a veggie burger and chips. Rebecca Emma who run the shop cafe are really welcoming. As well as the food we entertained Grandson by playing with the toys provided and helping him draw on the chalkboard. The farm shop has a great range of fruit, veg and meat, mainly local in origin. It makes food shopping a pleasure. I've added a photo of the view from the shop.

I’ve been a few times to the cafe at Thorne’s Farm Shop and it’s always been great. It’s spacious and there is a well equipped play area tucked around the corner so you actually have chance to chat to mum friends and drink a bit of coffee while it’s still hot!! The staff are welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The coffee and cakes are excellent. I hear the breakfasts are very good too!

beautiful family business. good parking, many picnic tables outside to enjoy the joys of the caffe. beautiful puck her own fruits abd sweet.

great little place had a blt sat in the sun with amazing views. followed by strawberry picking!
