Three Birds Cafe - Reservar uma mesa

has been ordered for a meal that we do not. the register for a refund and the manager has not apologized at all. seemed irritated that we wanted a refund for food we didn't order. we were finally reimbursed for the additional meal after we go back and forth with it for almost 10 minutes. there was also a long hair in my breakfast sandwich. I asked for another sandwich, no excuse again. I understand that the hair gets to eat, it happens, but at least excuses itself. the chefs have long barte (which is good), but I think that wearing a bart mask would help with the possible hair pollution. overall the location is great and eating was good, but probably won't be back after the experience we had...

in the late afternoon. it was very slow, about 3-4 people in there. I ordered to eat and wait, wait. nothing, so I asked about my eating (2 sandwiches). the cashier told me the printer was down and he forgot to give my ticket. all he did was a short “Sorry” and nothing was done. when my eating came out, there was no spread on my sandwich, as the menu described and I had to ask for him on the side, probably because it was hurried? I will not be the customer who asks for something free, but they could have done something more than just treating it as no big thing and as my time is not important for me. 25 minutes for a simple BLT sandwich. not worth

This was my first time here and I will definitely be going back. I tried one of the protein bowls, which turned out to much larger than expected (which is always a pleasant surprise). Their menu has a wide selection of items that are perfect for brunch. Matcha tea latte was perfect! They just need to tighten down the order taking a bit and it would definitely be five stars. I look forward to going back to Three Birds Cafe!

This restaurant is in a lovely setting, but they need to ensure their staff have good hygiene practices when handling food. I overheard a server talking about eating someone else's meal that was waiting on the prep line. They should also consider adding another cashier, as one is not sufficient especially on a busy Saturday morning. I had to wait almost 45 minutes just to place my order.

I found this place of tiktok. 5 stars in any case! this is my first time in the opposite. it's so beautiful. eating was great, the customer service was great. I also loved the decoration of the place the opportunity to eat outside. in any case recommend.
