This deli is absolutely top-notch. I can't believe it's tucked away in such a remote location! We tried the Pork Confit Sandwich with Dijonaise and mixed salad greens, as well as the House Cured Bacon Sandwich. The bacon, which won a well-deserved great taste award, had a rich, smoky flavor with hints of rosemary. It was sliced thickly and generously buttered, making it a must-try. The Spicy House Sausage Rolls were also award winners, boasting a unique, bold flavor likely derived from the 'rare breed pigs' used in making them.
