Amazing restaurant , food is really tasty and in line with Japanese tradition, the restaurant embrace you with a fully relaxing atmosphere and also a cultural tour from bamboo in the garden ,dishes that let you feel the Japanese colture.Food is presented really well and everything is really tasty and high quality ,and also they really take care of presentation . Only things that happen was that they were really in short of personal when i was there and some delays and service no was really effective, but this doesn't stop me to give the best rating, probably was only that day i will come back in there , i've already book for new year's eve ,hope this time will be at best . Highly recommended...

First of all, I wanna say that this Japanese restaurant in Battery Point is the best Wanted to have some Japanese food, and man, who had known we could find some hidden gem We read the review before coming here (that said a Japanese friend of someone recommened this place . Off we went and we truly loved it. Food was amazing, not to forget about the hospitality from the staff. The restaurant itself was tiny but the decorations were very Japanese-styled (oh the neko/cat cushions were so cute aww . The top 3 food we would love to recommend: Squid Karaage, Sukiyaki, and Nasu Dengaku. (Black sesame ice cream was also . Best eat in Hobart!!! xx Definitely recommend this place. 10/10!!

we, a group of 5, came with a half-full like in this restaurant and started our meal here just to share a few dishes. but finished the ordering of each individual element in the menu. very simple short menu, but each dish is full of surprises still keeps the traditional Japanese taste. each element is made of scratches and ingredients are in best quality. is more important that each element on each plate is there from a ground and each dish is extremely well balanced. even if we were full from our court, we could not stop trying other dishes on the menu. that is a Japanese restaurant like no other. clearly underestimated on zomato and I personally think it...read more

Extremely disappointed. Booked in May for late June. Emailed Bec' three times to confirm that my fiancé who is fructose intolerant could eat there. Was emailed It just means that in the morning when they do prep they can make stock etc without any garlic/onion for you ... so all good! Even received a phone call at 4pm on the day confirming her allergies. But when we arrived we found out that no allowances had been made for her at all. Had to leave in the end... massive waste of time. Oh, and after 40mins of being there... still hadn't received our drinks. Reserve uma mesa agora

Kids friendly!!!!! Best Japanese BBQ Skewers here. We came as two families with 4 little one. The little one was teething and exhausted before the dinner. Been unsettle and crying around. At the end I relocate him out and try to settle him. The staff was kind and caring, she came out and offering ice and water for the little one and ask if there is anything else we need. The food was great especially the BBQ Vegi Skewers! Jucey, Sweetness taste from the vegi. Will definately came back again.

Best authentic Japanese restaurant in Hobart. Went on the opening night and again last night and they have sorted out a few teething problems. They have a great sake selection that the staff know all about. The food is simple yet tasty. Pickled veg, steamed veg, rice balls and yakitori were all very tasty and reasonably priced. A must if a fan of Japanese or if u want to try something different.

Down to earth, honest to goodness flavours. Attention to details for taste and texture. We had the kaki fry and that was crunchy on the outside, moist and juicy on the inside. Chicken kraage was juicy and tender. Sashimi is fresh. Gyu Don, gyutan don, Nikku udon satisfies the belly as well as the soul. Worth getting out of your way for a visit!

Cheap and cheerful, neatly positioned just off the main drag, Three offered a simple and relaxed vibe and menu typical of an authentic Japanese experience, felt like I was back in Osaka! I tried the saki and tempura which was delicious. Great beer list. Recommend for a casual night out. Reserve uma mesa agora

The food was delicious and authentic. Fresh and immaculately presented sashimi, great range of sake with tasting notes, friendly service. Loved it. Will definitely come again next time I'm down from Melbourne.

Food service was exceptional and the overall quality was amazing, however the miso eggplant had too much miso (by half) so I would recommend some rice to go with it.
