Three West Trends Bistro

We went there for breakfast after a year of being closed due to a fire. Different waitress but must be the old one's daughter as she has the same attitude and slowness. She was a bit chaotic! After getting our meal, we both had sausage. Took one bite and could not finish. It was AWFUL!! I mentioned to her and she said other clients loved it. So the Chef must have given us bad sausage each and I reacted to a bad stomach ache. Lucky I had some mints handy so I took some and helped otherwise I would have had a bad day as I was going somewhere. Go up the street, west, not far at all, to the Shire restaurant. So much better and we went all the time last summer with no problem. Glad Trends closed...

After going to the nearby Barrel Restaurant, I was blown away again by this place. Great presentation and quality of food and prices are moderate (as opposed to the Barrel who have significantly hiked their prices and reduced quality/quantity of dishes). I had a very well presented and substantial Cobb Salad(full of the usual plus lots of chicken and ham and bacon) while my daughter enjoyed her Pad Thai, also high quality and enough to take home! Waitress was excellent, bringing us water immediately and attending to our every need. A very pleasant experience in a lovely atmosphere with comfy chairs and a nice window seat. Recommended!!!!!

Fabulous food at a very reasonable price. I have to start by saying the Butter Chicken is absolutely amazing. The best I have ever had. The salads are beautifully presented and are very satisfying. Had breakfast there daily and couldn't believe what we got for the price. Bacon (or sausage or ham), eggs, toast, hash browns AND coffee for under $6.They happily substituted tomatoes for my hash browns which I really appreciated. We could have went anywhere to eat but because of the great food, service, very reasonable prices and cleanliness we kept going back during our week stay. Truly enjoyable.

We ordered 4 separate meals from the menu and they were all tasty and well portioned. The menu choices ranged from regular pub food of poutine and wings to more interesting choices of Pho soup, Pad Thai and pork schnitzel, I thought the price wasn't to bad either. I think the most expensive meal on the menu was $20, the rest were around 12 - 15. There was a variety of beer and wine. The service was pretty good for 2 in the afternoon. We were all too full to try some of the yummy desert choices, so I will return. Definitely somewhere different to try. Reserve uma mesa agora

I was at hotel for business meeting. Went to set up in restaurant. Wanted to be near a plug. Server told me to go to the lobby. I should have taken that as my clue! I told her I would like to stay in restaurant. Ordered a tea. Ate a banana I had brought with me. She brought tea and blasted me for eating the banana! Tea was lukewarm. Sat there for three more hours! No refill. No water. No lunch menu. No bill. Nothing. Terrible. Server obviously needs to find other work.

It's in the Best Western in town .....was being renovated when we stayed there while searching homes. Now it is finished and you can order off the menu. Still only been there for breakfast and it's a great family place.

My wife and her friend celebrated her birthday by visiting the Trends for lunch. They were impressed and had their lunch and drinks paid for by my brother-in-law who was also enjoying Trends at the time.

had a impromptu dinner out with the girls and ended up here... First visit since the fire and we were not disappointed. Excellent tasting food and we will be back again Reserve uma mesa agora

The food was very good, we just had salads and chicken wings. A little pricy for what we had. The place was very clean, the service was very good.

I went for breakfast a wee bit late but they accommodated me with choices from the breakfast menu nonetheless.
