Thyme Grill - Reservar uma mesa

I had the fortunate opportunity to walk in without a reservation on a Tuesday night. On my previous attempt on a Thursday evening, I was informed that the wait time was over 2 hours. The service was friendly and welcoming, something that is not always common in a NYC speakeasy. The manager was knowledgeable and recommended their signature cocktail to me. I tried the Agrabah, but it was not to my liking as it had a strong mint flavor and lacked the pistachio taste. The Corpse Reviver, on the other hand, was a citrusy gin with a hint of chamomile, and the absinthe added a strong kick. This place is epic. Drinks were outstanding and the bartender knew the most complex drinks as well. He was super creative and made our group multiple different incredible concoctions. We were blown away by some of them. It was like drinkable art. The atmosphere is nice too, it’s very dark and cozy. Fun place, I definitely recommend it to anyone that likes outstanding craft cocktails.

We arrived at this restaurant at 10pm on a Tuesday and were seated immediately. The restaurant was about 60% full when we arrived, but it filled up to 100% by the time we finished our drinks around 11:30pm. Although I had read about a cocktail tasting menu, we ended up ordering from the regular menu. The cocktails were delicious and beautifully presented.

The cocktails at Thyme are always fantastic! I have visited this restaurant twice and each time they had a different menu. I highly suggest stopping by Thyme for a charming date night or to enjoy some delicious and innovative cocktails.

All drinks have fun presentation and experienced bar tenders. I asked them to make a custom drink with ube syrup and it was the best cocktail I had. We call it Uber Moto
