a very popular local restaurant with many regular customers. very friendly atmosphere with very helpful servers. we loved the delicious calamari and white baits for beginners. the smoked shellbone and the sea bass were perfectly cooked. very reasonable prices and large portions. beautiful. selection of desserts, but we were too full of order. well book, as there is a lot to lunch also in the middle of the week. I'm looking forward to the return.

We wanted lunch without breaking the bank. We found this pleasant restaurant a fair stretch of the legs from the beach. The fish was sea fresh and cooked to perfection. Atmosphere was cordial and staff attentive without being overly so. Enjoyed sitting in their enclosed...patio with the sun warming us listening to the occasional shower. Will definitely return.

10 out of 10 for lovely service and great food. So nice to have hot plates and hot food. Went somewhere recently cold plates and cold food spoilt the day. Anyway, tides will be my go to from now on. We have a restaurant so...know how good reviews help morale especially now with hospitality having a hard time.

Small business but well run. Staff are friendly and professional and do their utmost to make you feel welcome. Food was delicious and freshly made. Really good value for money too. Desperate to try their evening menu so will be looking to book in the...future. Goring's best kept secret

Staff were really nice and efficient, food was excellent. Best breakfast I have had in Worthing for years. Lovely setting and well priced, couldn't fault it will be recommending very highly.
