Tim Hortons - Reservar mesa

Staff didn't acknowledge people in the line-up in the restaurant. The drive thru was busy, yes, but that doesn't give them the right to ignore the other customers. We were traveling through Huntsville and decided to stop at this location to use the washroom and to buy something for breakfast. There was approx. 5 people in the line-up when we walked in. Those same 5 people were still waiting in line to be acknowledged and have their orders taken in when we got out of washroom. We then waited in line-up for approx 8 minutes an we just walked out. I will not stop there anymore.

We stopped in here for a quick coffee and donut on our way to Walkerton. There was only one person serving and there was a big line that was almost out the door. They seemed to have plenty of people behind the counter but, they were too busy catering to the drive-through. This was frustrating but the person serving was very pleasant and she was doing the best she could.

The service was quite slow. A large order was processed ahead of mine, and it took about 10 minutes just to take my order, which is unacceptable for a Tim Hortons. There were five people behind me in line. When I finally received my order, they had only made one coffee instead of the two I had requested. Reserve uma mesa agora

I ordered an iced cappuccino for my friend and some cookies. Unfortunately, the cookies were stale—I used to manage at Tim Hortons, so I know what fresh cookies taste like. Additionally, the iced cappuccino wasn’t mixed properly with the requested ingredients. I was really disappointed.

This is your typical Tim Hortons but they need to fix the layout inside. Everyone is crammed at the door waiting to get served. No one knows who's waiting for food or waiting to order. No complaints otherwise. Service was a little slow for a Saturday.

Rude and dismissive staff and locked the door before we could leave. The Cadbury Mini Egg donut was extremely disappointing. Just a more expensive vanilla dip with Mini Eggs on top. Wasn’t filled with anything and was underbaked.
