Tim Hortons - Reservar uma mesa

Tim's is clean, tidy and following the Covid safe six. And they now have almond milk! A big draw for us asthmatic people. Food is still good and they have a selection of soups daily. And chili with grated cheese. Good stuff. You can see someone you know just about every time you go there and i saw some people i haven't seen much of during Covid. Had a good chat. I will enjoy going back more often now i can get my ice caps made with almond milk.

My car broke down in the middle and i went there to fix it. They said it need oil change i said ok go ahead after waiting for 30 minutes i didn't got my phone fix even i am paying $39 for the phone plus taxes. Even i gave him every document he asked for he still not able to file my taxes he just saying T4 is empty. They refused to retured my couch even they said return policy is 15 days i just bought it yesterday.

Staff has no smile and greetings and no parting comments. No thank you after the transaction. Forgot to give my pastry but did not even apologize for the delay. Food is great as always.

Well done to the staff there. Just watched them put up with such a belligerent customer and I'm so sorry they had to tolerate a woman that abusive about an Expresso shot. Well handled.

Service is so slow people are walking out. Busy morning and they have two staff working. They are trying their best but need more help!
