Tim Hortons - Reservar uma mesa

The Tim Hortons at 38350 Ford Road is the worst, as is the corporate response! If you put something on the Tim ' Horton 's site that they don 't like, they delete it! What I had said was that I have been getting the run around for nearly 3 months. I went to the Westland, MI Ford Road store, in November of 2022, on election day, as I work the polls and have to be there to open them at 6:00 a.m. I got to the store at around 5:30 a.m., ordered 2 dozen donuts and found out later that I was overcharged for them, a coffee and a sandwich. I ordered from this location on their app a few weeks ago and when I got to the store to pick up the order the door was locked. I then went through the drive-thru. When I pulled up no one said anything for a good while then they lazily greeted me. I told them that I was picking up an order and they were silent and rudely asked umm are you sure you placed the order here because we don 't have any orders ? I told them that I was sure because I had the receipt and asked if they wanted to see it. They told me to pull up to the window. They have a new GM Larissa shes amazing, very nice outstanding customer service. I ordered from here because I saw the cafe was open(usually is), unfortunately they were not but she brought my items out to me. I really appreciate the service I have received here since she has taken over.

Staff friendly and restaurant clean but BEWARE their WI-FI is horrible horrible ughhh ... couldn 't connect and when I asked an employee they said yes our Wi-Fi sucks So if you need to stop in to do any work and need Wi-Fi I suggest you go somewhere else

The person at the drive thru was very rude and acted as if I was bothering him when I ordered. I asked for assorted Tim bits he gave me all chocolate and 3 glaze. Don't think I will be visiting this location again!!!
