Tim Hortons - Reservar uma mesa

This is perhaps the worst Tim Hortons in all of London. I would not recommend it to anyone. I have been here only three times and each visit has been unpleasant. The staff is impolite and does not seem to enjoy their work. On one occasion in the drive-thru, they gave me the wrong order and then asked for it back so they could give it to the customer behind me. When I refused because I had already touched the food, they pestered me until I gave it back. If I were the customer behind me, I would be disgusted to know they had given me an order that someone else had touched. They frequently have inconvenient issues and are disorganized.

The slim Indian woman with red lipstick at the window was one of the worst employees I have encountered at Tim Hortons. It was clear that she despised her job. She rudely tossed the coffee at me and dismissively said "NEXT" to her coworker before closing the window in my face. It was not even a busy day, with only one person behind me in line. She should be fired promptly as she has no place in customer service.

The food at Tim Hortons is consistently average, but it seems like the portion sizes are getting smaller while the prices keep going up. I wish they would bring back the normal sizes for items like doughnuts and bagels. Customers should also consider going inside the store to order if they have a large order, instead of holding up the drive-thru line for other patrons.

Staff is not well informed and makes many errors. The wait time at the drive through is long.The food is not as good as it used to be, and they are very often out of many items. The Flatbread pizzas are smaller in size than when introduced.
