I had an unsatisfactory experience at this restaurant mainly due to the behavior of the supervisor on duty today. I ordered a bagel and was asked to pull my car to the front since it would take some time. My husband mentioned that whenever we wait at the front, it generally takes about 8 to 10 minutes for our food to be brought out, and often we have to go inside to retrieve it ourselves. Instead of apologizing or ensuring that our food would be ready more quickly, she confrontationally questioned my husband about why he felt the need to go inside. This is undoubtedly the worst Tim Hortons location in all of British Columbia. They consistently get my order wrong. I've been through the drive-thru several times and requested a dark roast, but I always end up with a regular roast instead. It feels like the staff either can't read English or don't care about accuracy. I even returned to let them know about the mistake, but the attitude I got in response was awful. If you're unhappy in your job, that's your issue, not the customers'.

This restaurant is conveniently situated close to my home, so I've been a regular patron for quite a while. However, in recent months, I've noticed a decline in overall quality. My experiences have become quite inconsistent. On my latest visits, my orders have frequently been wrong, the service has been sluggish, and the staff hasn't been especially friendly.

Every time I go to the restaurant to get a wrap, they seem to be cleaning the grill. It feels like they're not willing to put in the effort to prepare the wraps, regardless of when I visit. The restaurant is very clean, and the staff is friendly. There is plenty of space for dining in. It's also convenient for truck drivers, as the side road offers easy parking for quick stops, although it's not suitable for camping.

Every time I've visited this restaurant and requested double toasting or extra cream cheese, I never receive it. They frequently mix up orders. Aside from that, the food is decent, and the environment is clean and welcoming.

Always remember to verify your order before you leave. I've noticed that around 20% of the time, I end up with missing items once I'm already on the road. This issue has only occurred at this particular location.

This is the quickest Tim's drive-thru I've ever been to. Typically, by the time you place your order and get to the payment window, your food is already prepared and waiting!
