Tim Hortons - Reservar uma mesa

I was ordering a long list of items with my non English speaking parents and wanted the cashier (Asian girl with short hair) to repeat the list of items. We didn’t want to have ordered any mistakes. She said in a flat rude tone “isn’t it on the screen?”. The items on the screen were cut off and it wasn’t clear what was written. I asked again to clarify the items we ordered and she repeated the items in a rushed, flat tone, as if we rushing her (there were no other customers). She also made us feel as if we were stupid. The size of the food items should be embarrassing to Tim Hortons corporate. The employees do a great job and work very hard and fast. The wraps are tiny. The bowls on TV look so good but are very very small. The size of these items for the price is ridiculous.

I went there with my kids in a busy time in the morning. The showcase were full of donuts. The staffs are kind and quick to deal with customers. But it is a small size of Tim in a Save on food. No drive through. Not many choices.

The place is great but parking in this town is a nightmare. This shipping center forces your to register you car with a merchant or they will tow your car. It would be better to avoid the whole city. It is not worth it.

Coffee/tea are not fresh, all expired, and the staff refuse to make fresh ones.Very rude staff rudely argues he doesnt have time to make a fresh one even though its just 650pm and they close at 10pm.Horrible place!
