Tim Hortons - Reservar mesa

I used to be a regular at this Tim Hortons until I moved. It's a decent Tim, quality of the food is alright and we usually have good service there. However, it happens often that some of the food you get isn't fresh anymore in the sense that they can leave their hash browns (this one is for the sake of example) out after they're cooked for 20 minutes. Not only is that not really sanitary or even close to fresh, but they often leave them out longer than that. As far as I've seen, they only make new batches when they run out. I don't recommend taking any breakfast outside of normal breakfast hours, and same goes for the other meals.

I am writing this review to caution others that the restaurant's opening hours are inaccurate. I often visit after work (around 10:30pm) and have experienced instances where the drive thru is closed off and the front door is locked, despite there being employees inside. However, when the restaurant is open, the service is excellent.

No dark roast ready is a thing, but saying it will be ready in 2 minutes and we'll bring it to your car and I've finally went in get it 7 minutes later.

Quick and polite service. Nothing to complain about. The place is clean. Employee a bit loud, but happy ! Reserve uma mesa agora

I was at the counter and they completely ignored me. After waiting for 5 minutes, I decided to leave.

Being open late and having a employee that doesn’t want to work or is not efficient is pointless.
