Tim Hortons - Reservar uma mesa

Most of the staff is very friendly and great service. Customer service skills are necessary in this industry. It doesn’t take much to speak politely or great patrons. It makes all the difference in people coming back or going to your competitors. The women that came to the Tull to take my order after twice saying hello just stared at me.She was abrupt and rude. There are a lot of people seeking employment with perhaps a better skill set for this position. The manager or better yet owner should speak to her about manners and customer service.She was wearing a mask, at about 3:30pm today. May 15thThe lovely lady that made my bagel was very polite. I thanked her. That’s the three stars.

Unfortunately the glaze has melted off the Timbits they serve and they are extremely dry. Also this is one of the only Tim Hortons that has no variety of flavours. They only had chocolate, honey dip, plain and birthday cake. I have never been to a Tim Hortons yet that doesn’t serve the sour cream glaze Timbits as that is one of the most popular flavours. Very disappointed with my order today. Would have went inside for a refund had I not been in a rush to get to work.

Best Tim Hortons but someone tell Jeffrey to slow down handling things out the drive thru! I love the enthusiasm though.

I asked for English breakfast tea without milk, but got this instead. Looks like mud or already used cup.
