Tim Hortons - Reservar uma mesa

This location is awful. I live a block away from here and have given it many chances, but I've reached the conclusion that it's simply poorly run. too crowded at the entrance, poor customer flow, unclear lines for ordering Vs picking up. When you walk in the front door and there's a crowd, you have no idea who's getting a mobile order, who's waiting to pickup, who's waiting to order, etc. They need to clearly designate the lines and not have a giant bunch of people crowded around the entrance, meanwhile the dining area is virtually empty. As in, there's enough space to fix the issue. orders take ridiculously long to complete. Guy in front of me waited almost 10 minutes for a regular coffee!...

Place is trash, don't go there 30 min before closing time, because they want to close early, they lock the doors. And depending who's working they might be open, and if they are, don't expect coffee, they won't brew it, and they won't toast your bagel, because they are lazy, and don't want to have to clean twice. Ok, dont take my money. Someone needs to monitor these kids immediately.

The most incompetent location to order from . 9/10 times they screw up orders. Would give 0 if I could. It’s our local Tim Hortons but each time we go it’s never the right order. Ask for ice water and get hot water in a cup. Ask for one milk in coffee and we get sugar (for a diabetic it’s really not okay)Horrible service. And never the right order requests.

I work near by but usually avoid going here because the wait is so long. They need to hire more staff and have friendlier service.

Coffee of any choice is a desirable taste is much attractive with fragrance and one’s taste
