Tim Hortons - Reservar uma mesa

I went to this tim hortons this evening around 6;45pm 16 august 2023, from the drive-thru the woman who was making my coffee started talking to the person in front of me for 3 minutes straight, meanwhile my coffee got cold it was half coffee half french vanilla, I tasted it was not hot like it should have been. When I asked the woman, who was also the supervisor, to make it again because it's cold she talked to me in a very rude manner and started arguing about how the coffee wasn't cold but when she made it again she put more black coffee there was no taste of the french vanilla flavor. Today we had a really bad experience in this place!! It was about 8pm, on the door it was written that they close at 10pm. We did our order, the cashier was really kind with us but suddenly a person came from inside the kitchen and began talking to us with her condescending voice tone I 'm working since 5am and now we are closed go out of this place we were a group of 14 people with our 80 years old grandmother. She said to her team to leave the place and wait us outside so we left the place in this way. I don 't know what should I say but I believe that she doesn 't represent the value of Tim Hortons..I will never go to this place .. The end!!

Rude service and blaming the clients for making a mistake on the order.The manager not helpful and agreed with her employees about being rude and blaming clients for their mistake.I surely won’t return there and I remembered today why I go to Starbucks. People always polite and smiling.

This location is the worst Tim Hortons location of all the Tim hortons restaurants in the world. They treat you horribly, the quality of the food is terrible and they constantly get the orders wrong. I wish Dunkin Donuts was still around I would rather go there

It says on Google, and on their door, that they are open until 10 PM. Its 9:15 PM and doors are closed.
