Tim Hortons - Reservar uma mesa

For almost 6 years this was our favourite Tim Hortons location but after being told I was a liar by the supervisor because our order was deliberately made wrong by a disgruntled employee because we asked him a question about a new product we had just noticed at the drive through. Trust me we are just as confused, because we were the ones who could have been offended but weren’t. We let it go as a speaker issue, grabbed our coffees and hadn’t opened them until we were on the 401. The staff is super friendly, my only complaint is that when you mobile order they wait till you arrive to make it. I'm sure this comes from a nice place of wanting your order to be hot, but I order ahead so it can be cold enough to enjoy prior to work. This is the only Tim's that seems to do this. Good intentions, but would be great if it was made when ordered.
