Tim Hortons - Reservar mesa

When I order a 2x2 in the morning, it barely has cream. The cream that IS in there, is floating at the top. Every, single, morning. It's gross. Whoever is working the night shift, isnt cleaning the creamer.Then in the evening it's 50/50 on how I get my coffee. I order 2x2, again.. and sometimes it's alright, and other times, like tonight, I get cream and sugar, no coffee it seems. It's WHITE!Definitely not something you want to see when you're down to your last 20 bucks and make an order from home.I wouldn't have said anything, had it not been like this for the last 6 months.How does this happen? It's not rocket science. I've trained people at many Tim Hortons locations throughout KW. Nobody...

My father and I are big fans of Tim Horton's steeped tea. However, I've noticed a frustrating trend at locations owned by this particular franchisee. While we know it may seem like a lot of tea for some, we definitely prefer it to bagged tea. This owner operates at least two franchises in the area and has mandated that employees can only brew a half pot at a time, which really doesn’t go far. I've overheard many customers order steeped tea, only to be informed that it's unavailable, forcing them to switch to bagged tea instead. It’s disheartening to see food being prepared quickly while tea drinkers are left waiting. If I want to keep my order, I often have to pull forward and wait for them...

I experienced the slowest service I've ever encountered. I ordered three wraps, which should take about five minutes to prepare, yet I watched as they prioritized other orders and completely neglected mine. The women making the food on January 27 at 12:46 PM were quite rude as well. If management is aware that their staff is slow and struggling with their duties, they should consider retraining them or replacing them altogether.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever gotten at ANY fast food restaurant. An app offer didn't work and instead of helping me out the employees were snappy, rude and unhappy to help on what should if work via their own app. Never ever stepping foot here again. Reserve uma mesa agora

They offer the best selection of donuts and Tim Bits in Cambridge, without a doubt. The display is impressive, the place is clean, and there's even an additional take-out window, which is fantastic. Plus, they have a lovely patio where you can sit outside.

You can call me a typical Canadian, but I really enjoy a good cup of Tim Horton's coffee. This place consistently delivers, no matter how often I visit—it's kind of amusing! Overall, Tim Hortons is usually quite efficient and always delicious.

I received only the bun of an English muffin, left unopened, and I was charged extra when I pointed this out.
