Tim Hortons - Reservar mesa

This Tim Hortons is a small location inside the Chatham Kent Health Alliance Chatham Campus. To find it, just enter through the main entrance, head up the stairs before the elevators, and you'll see it on your right. While not all items from the standard menu are available here, they still offer a wide selection of bagels, muffins, and donuts. The coffee is typically fresh, though I've encountered a few cups that were burnt. However, the staff is always very accommodating when you ask for a replacement. There's always room for improvement.

I heard that there's a new policy in place: if you're rude to the baker (who is typically the person with round glasses and black hair), you might not receive your food if you've placed an order. This is especially true if it's close to 1 PM and they've been working since 4:30 AM. So, please be kind to your servers!

Oven Update: Unfortunately, our oven is beyond repair, and we're in the process of getting a new one. In the meantime, our baked goods are being prepared at another location, so we don't have control over when they will arrive. Thank you for your understanding. – The Baker

As per most franchise in Chatham.Extremely slow.It would be great if the head office would crack the whip on these Managers.Waiting 20min for a single coffee. Is simply a huge failure. Expecally when you finally get your coffee and it's made incorrect. Step it up Chatham!
