My partner and I ordered BELTs this morning for breakfast. He placed his order, I placed my order, and the cashier orally confirmed both orders before we paid. When we received our sandwiches, there was no lettuce or tomato on them. When I let the cashier know, he said “yes, there should be lettuce and tomato on a BELT.” I repeated that there weren’t any on ours. The woman who made our sandwiches said that the order was for a regular breakfast sandwich, not a BELT and made no effort to correct it. Since this was not our error, I asked if she could give me a couple pieces of lettuce and tomato to put on our sandwiches. If you’re really hungry, don’t bother coming here. 8 out of 10 times I’ve been there to buy simple breakfast (Breakfast biscuits sandwiches /wedgies) They are either out of stock on wedges or no eggs. A lot of times they get my orders wrong. It’s unfortunate this is the closest Tim Hortons to me. This outlet needs to get its act together.

I've gone to 4 diffrent tims in half an hour and none of them had the broccoli soup advertised on the menu. They didn't even make any today like why is it on the menu if you don't even bother making

Literally sat in the drive through for half an hour at 11pm and no one answered to take the order. Employee was visible through the window and still never said anything.
