Tim Hortons - Reservar mesa

Very poor service at this location. I ordered a bagel double toasted with cream cheese, I get home and it is not toasted at all. I went back asked for a.manger and showed him and the only response was he can't refund it because it was 1/2 eaten.i didn't go back for a refund , I went back to show them the product. NO APPOLOGY or anything. This is almost everytime I go to this location in the evenings , the order is incorrect. Get some additional training and custom service training for your employees especially the managers.

The staff at the drive-thru are very friendly. However, I don't feel comfortable going inside the restaurant because of the surrounding area. I've never had any problems with their food or drinks. The drive-thru line can get lengthy, but that's understandable since Covid hit and people have become more reliant on that service. Overall, I would rate it 3 stars.

This is the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to anywhere in Canada. Constantly get your order wrong and they think it's funny that you have to drive back there to make things right. I've decided to make things right.....I'm never going back to this location!

The restroom was dirty, the parking lot was littered with trash, and the coffee I ordered tasted burnt. Although the service was quick and the staff were friendly, cleanliness was definitely lacking. Reserve uma mesa agora

The staff here are friendly, efficient, and very helpful! As for vegetarian options, there are a few available. Parking is free, and there's plenty of it!

Nice staff working here, but the seating needs replaced. Cushion springs on the booths are destroyed, do not recommend at all!

They really need to do something about the hornets at this location. They swarm the cars in the drive thru.
