Tim Hortons - Reservar uma mesa

Ordered a medium double double and a muffin. Get the muffin passed to me and was told that the coffee would be ready to the left side. Go stand over where I was told to wait. Waited nearly 10 minutes and finally go back to the cashier who had to recheck that I had indeed ordered a coffee, did they actually make the coffee for me. At least the muffin was fresh and delicious.

Today I went there and the employees were not paying attention to the customers. There is a line up and no one is taking orders. They are laughing like it’s a joke. The manger is inexperienced and doesn’t do her properly. She will see customers lining up and doesn’t open another cash. This is ridiculous. The boss needs to do something before his store goes on social media.

By far the worst Tim Hortons. This is my third time coming here and each time the employees we’re not on the cash. They were in the back talking, but not service and customers until there was a line up. I have worked at the tim hortons myself, and I was always attentive. same cannot be said for this location.

They can't even read an order, no smiling and no friendly service.often missing items in my orders plus the week end cook can't even do his job. last time I waited 45 minutes to have my order because that lazy cook.... stay away from

I always go to their drive through probably 2-3 times a week and their service never fails me. Most of the time, the moment you arrive at their window, your order is ready.
