Huy'ch'qa tims staff! You folks and the folks here on 1st Ave in ladysmith are the best of the best! Always friendly, always happy to see us, you had to substitute an order once, but you asked me about it first. Totally OK with me, because you asked me about it first, and didn't just assume I would be OK with the change. Your staff are awesome, your store is clean, the food is always what I ordered, mistakes happen. ..to other locations but not you folks.Thankyou, I appreciate all of you.

It was such a fun experience taking my son for a treat breakfast before school this morning Great service, food is always yummy and it felt like a coffee shop vibe with the groups of older gentlemen bantering over morning coffee; reminded me of going to the coffee shop with my Dad when I was little

Don't bother walking in to get your food. They will ignore you for the car in the drive through. Took 15 minutes to get a breakfast sandwhich.

Put my coffee in a broken cup, leaked all over the cup holder by the time we got ten minutes down the road.Thanks Tim's!
