Tim Hortons - Reservar mesa

I attended a Girl Scout event and ordered through the app a full hour before my arrival. They charged my card, but when I got there to pick up my order, I was told I needed to be present for them to start preparing it. I was then informed it would take an additional half hour to have my order ready. Nowhere in the process did it indicate that prepaid orders wouldn’t be prepared until arrival. I had to find another place to pick up food since I didn’t have an extra half hour to wait. @timhortons, it’s 2024. Maybe it’s time to consider closing your store because you clearly don’t understand your customers' needs. It would be better for us if someone else took over your space.

About 2 p.m. today, I pulled up to drive thru window, ordered a hot Carmel macchiato. No body in line at all! I waited 12 minutes for one cup of coffee while about 4 young women stood there talking and laughing. She blamed the machine , however they weren 't concerned about a machine, they were just giggling. Pulled away with my cup and took a drink. It was barely warm, let alone hot. UNACCEPTABLE TIMMIES '!Do better

It seems like these days every time I visit they can never seem to get the order right. This time my $5 hot latte was cold! Toasted bagels are never toasted, these are cold too. I am also constantly snubbed on cream cheese. In addition, I feel like every time I order a large drink, I get a medium. Idk, I expect better when I'm paying $5+ for once a week warm coffee treat. Very Disappointing.

Service here was terrible, I had three teenagers working together just to serve me 2 drinks of an ice latte, they all got the order wrong 4 times, they couldn’t get the computer to work, they were busy laughing and giggling, on there phones, I don’t recommend this place to anyone, the manager here has made terrible employment Choices in hiring these people Reserve uma mesa agora

I stopped by to grab a blueberry muffin, and the person who handed it to me was the most beautiful girl I've ever encountered. Her name was Tessa. Her warm smile and gentle voice made me experience feelings I’ve never felt before. This was truly the best experience of my life. Thank you for hiring her!

I went thru the drive thru and ordered a BLT without Mayo and I got a sandwich without bacon, then I tried to call the store because I wanted my money back and no one is answering the phone. I’m from Canada and this would never happen at a Canadian Timmies.

This Tim Horton crew is the best I have ever experienced. The coffee is always 20 minutes fresh, as Tim's advertises. The crew is also happy to greet you early morning, greatest service from a Tim Hortons I have ever experienced. Thankyou all!!!

This has got to be the FASTEST Tim Hortons I’ve ever been too. I ordered 3 wraps and 4 coffees through the drive-thru. I pulled up to the window and 3 seconds later I was pulling off. That’s what I call quick service!!! Reserve uma mesa agora

I waited for what felt like forever, with three staff members working at a frustratingly slow pace. It felt like I was stuck in a loop. I won't be returning to this location and ended up walking out.

I rarely go to Tim Hortons now I remember why ... Got a cold breakfast sandwich and coffee full of grounds ! Just can't find good help anymore !
