Happy to see non-dairy milk on the menu finally. Very limited on vegan food available though which is why I rarely go there. Purchased an iced coffee with non-dairy milk. Wanted to pay using a digital gift card but was told they couldn't run it through. Not sure why they couldn't scan the barcode. I have been going to this Tim Horton's for over a year now and have realized the prices are more expensive than the other ones in Orillia. They are charging $2.10 for a med. steeped tea and 5 minutes down the road it's $1.90!! Can anyone tell me why?? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’m not one to review when things are bad but after forgetting my order for a third time, and making me wait 20 minutes for a bagel with a “we’ll get to it when we get to it” response is just plain disappointing. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
