If I could give 0 stars I would! 30 minutes of waiting to have to ask again to refill my drink which was not finished and make me sigh in my face. After receiving my order, I checked and despite having repeated more than 3 times that I wanted chipolte sauce and not ketchup, I still received ketchup and when I went back I was told almost insulting by saying that I just had to ask for it and in the end, I never received my sauce. I swear, I will never come to Tim in Trois-Rivières again. It's really hard!

Food is sometimes frozen for years before being served. The profit margins are nuts, a timbit costs fhem 0.4 cents and they sell for 26 cents each. Similar scenario with their coffee. None of their food is worth the price plus everything besides eggs comes frozen. The food overall is of obscure origins and tastes quite bad. That's for food, I'll come back later for service and atmosphere but it's even worse.. pictures will be added. Service: Dine in

There is always room to park, the employees are friendly and polite and the service is fast even during rush hour. On the other hand, and this is my only downside; if you do not like to hang out with people with mental health problems and/or addiction problems such as drugs and/or alcohol, you are better off taking your order to bring than consuming it on site at the risk of running into people having these problems. Great employees, but forget about breweries beverages such as coffee with sugar in the background. Parking: Location of the drive-thru very dangerous for people entering and leaving.
