My recent visit to Tim Hortons left me deeply unsatisfied. The evident lack of staff training and disregard for dietary restrictions has led to customers falling ill. It's disheartening that they are substituting cream for milk without confirming, posing a serious risk to those with dietary concerns. The staff's inability to follow these restrictions raises questions about the establishment's commitment to customer well-being. If this trend persists, it could have severe consequences. I strongly urge Tim Hortons to prioritize training and enforce strict adherence to dietary guidelines to ensure the safety and satisfaction of their patrons. Get a grip on this issue before you kill someone

I used the tims app for the coffee and the cookie for $3 They scaned it and still charged full price($6) AND gave unnecessary attitude to me! when I called them out for it Discussed with the whole experience Never again... and yes I will be telling people not to go to this location
