Tim Hortons - Reservar uma mesa

I usually go to Tim's at least 5+ times a week. I work night shifts all over the city, so it helps me stay awake and caffeinated. It's hard to find a place that's open at night, so I was happy to see this location open. When I went in, I first went to the bathroom before ordering anything. As I passed by, a worker greeted me and I said hi back. After sitting down in the bathroom, someone knocked on the door a minute later. They told me they were closed now. I was surprised they didn't tell me earlier. I said okay and mentioned I would finish up quickly. They asked how long I would be and I said I still needed to wipe. I didn't mean to be rude, but I wasn't going to leave without cleaning up...

I have been living in this area for years, and Tim Hortons used to be a pleasant place to visit. However, lately, the staff has been abrupt, rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming. Today, I went to the drive-thru and tried to talk to the employee about an order question. He repeatedly put his hand in my face to silence me and barely spoke to me. The staff at this location needs to improve their customer service, as everyone I know has had complaints about them. I don't usually leave reviews, but this place really needs to step up their game.

I had a wonderful drive-thru experience at the restaurant with Maggie and Amanda! I was pleasantly surprised by the Starbucks-like greeting from Maggie, and she cheered me on as I placed my order.

The Tim Horton's location in Manitoba is possibly the worst in the country. We decided to stop on our way out of town and were disappointed by the staff's incompetence.

The staff is friendly and the restaurant is always clean. They always have sweetener available for me as I am diabetic. Fresh coffee is also served.
