Tim Hortons - Reservar uma mesa

The staff is wonderful, but the wait times are absolutely absurd. There was just one person in front of me in line, yet it took them 10 minutes to serve two simple coffees. They seem to lack any sense of urgency, which is really disappointing. This has been my experience every time I've visited. I keep hoping that it will be better the next time, but it never is, regardless of the hour.

The Timmies here is actually better than many others in the city. The staff is experienced rather than young, which makes a noticeable difference in service. For instance, younger employees often press the sugar button quickly, resulting in coffee that isn't as sweet. In contrast, the more experienced team knows how to make it just right.

The order was taken efficiently and accurately. I had to ask the server for a tablet, and they also forgot to provide straws, so I had to go back inside. Other than that, everything was great.

It was quite crowded during lunchtime, but the service was quick and courteous.

There's no toilet paper in the men's bathroom, but everything else was fine.
