Tim Hortons - Reservar uma mesa

This is by far the absolute worst Tim hortons ever. Every time I order an ice coffee the flavor is never the same...always drastically different. They consistantly mess up orders, and even though you have proof of it they still say no you never paid for that so you dont get it even though you did. Not to mention the drive through line is always 15 minutes or more. They have poor staff...(not all of them) in the sense that they 're rude, argue with you for asking to change your order slightly and are just absolutely rude!!! I asked the older lady that worked there for my food twice...after waiting 30 minutes for a coffee and wrap...as the customers who ordered food after me were getting their...

This morning, we purchased two coffees at this location. Unfortunately, both were filled with coagulated cream! While customers may be able to tolerate long wait times and incorrect orders, expired cream is completely unacceptable. This experience was terrible and not worth even one star, or being associated with the Tim Hortons brand.

My experience at the restaurant was not great. We had ordered a chocolate glazed donut but instead received a different one since they were out of stock. We also ordered two hash browns, but only received one which was cold and stale. The French vanilla coffee my wife ordered was terrible and tasted burnt.

Terrible, absolutely the worst Tim Hortons on the planet. There was live bugs on our tray of food, I returned the food, showed them the bugs, they got me a new tray and then PUT THE SAME FOOD BACK ON THE TRAY!! Unreal. We left immediately and never return.

This is the slowest drive-thru I have ever experienced. It is nothing like any Tim Hortons location I have been to. I would suggest avoiding it.
